Foam Version
Creates a soft, airy lather that spreads easily across your hands. For best results, mix approximately 1 part soap with 3–4 parts water before filling the dispenser.
Liquid Version
Dispenses soap in its normal gel or liquid form with no dilution required. Suitable for liquid hand soap, washing-up liquid and compatible hand sanitiser.
Both versions use the same 380ml tank, touch controls, rechargeable battery and touchless infrared sensor.
1. Charge before first use
Open the rubber charging flap on the back and connect a USB-C cable until the dispenser is charged.
2. Fill the tank
Lift the pump head from the tank, pour your soap inside and securely twist the pump head back into position.
3. Switch it on
Press and hold the power button for approximately 2 seconds.
4. Choose your dose
Tap through the four dispensing levels until you reach your preferred amount.
5. Place your hand underneath
Hold your hand below the nozzle and the infrared sensor will automatically dispense the soap.
First use: The pump may require 3–4 activations before soap reaches the nozzle while air clears from the internal line. This can also happen after a complete refill.
Wipe the dispenser with a soft damp cloth when needed. Its IPX5 water-resistant construction is designed to handle everyday splashes and wet hands, but the dispenser should not be submerged or held directly beneath a running tap.
If changing soap types, rinse the tank with warm water and run several doses through the pump before adding the new soap.
If the flow begins to slow, empty the tank, partially fill it with warm water and dispense several times to help clear the nozzle.
